How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces ship in 3–5 business days; ready-to-ship styles leave the studio within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment your order is on its way.
What materials do you use?
Sterling silver, 14k gold fill, vermeil and solid gold (10k/14k). Every product page lists the exact material of each option, so you always know what you're wearing.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Yes — we stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll repair, remake or refund it, even on custom orders.
Will the gold fade?
14k gold fill has a thick bonded layer of real gold — with everyday care it keeps its color for years. We include a care card (and a polishing cloth) with every order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in our signature gift-ready box with a handwritten note option at checkout — no extra charge.
